What is a Sangha
A Sangha is a traditional term used to describe a community of people who walk the path of meditation and mindfulness together.
It is not a class, a workshop, or a place to receive guidance.
A Sangha exists so that individuals can return to their own practice, supported by the quiet strength of community. The shared energy of people meditating together creates a depth that is often difficult to access alone.
This Sangha honours that tradition in a simple, modern, and accessible way.
What Happens in the Monthly Sangha
On the final Wednesday of every month at 7pm AEDT, we meet online for a 30-minute Sangha.
The space includes:
A guided meditation
Quiet integration - you're invited to journal or take a moment to reflect on your practice in your own way
There is no teaching, coaching, sharing, or discussion required.
You are not expected to speak, participate, or perform in any way.
You simply arrive, sit, and meditate.
This is for you if:
You already feel called to meditation or mindfulness
You value quiet, simplicity, and inner discipline
You want to practise in community without pressure or expectation
You’re seeking consistency rather than information
This is not for you if:
You are looking for coaching, healing, or guidance
You want to ask questions or receive personalised support
You prefer highly interactive or educational spaces
Hey, I'm Kassie
A meditation teacher with deep respect for traditional practice, who recognises that mindfulness today is practised within a far more distracted and demanding world than in the Buddha’s time.
My work centres on meditation as a way of living rather than something to master or perfect. I’m less interested in technique, and more interested in what unfolds when we return, again and again, to stillness within everyday life.
This Sangha reflects my own devotion to practice and my trust in the quiet strength that forms when people practise together, within the reality of the modern world.
